For my endpour, I hoisted the kayak up into the tree in our front yard and secured it with a tie-down strap.  It wasn't as much an 'endpour' as it was a small puddle of epoxy at the tips that I brushed onto the last 6" or so of seam tape.  It's a tricky maneuver to guide a brush on a 6" pole down to places that you can't quite see.

An 18' kayak is no easy lift, vertically!

The day was even a bit windy, to complicate matters.

At least I had a helper!  All went smoothly, so now I have a completely sealed kayak.

After the endpour, I added the rear bulkhead.  More details to follow on the zinc rod protruding from the bulkhead - it's my custom hidden hatch retention system.

Here's the forward composite fiberglass/white pine strip bulkhead, epoxied in place. There are even a few Western Red Cedar strips in there - leftovers from when I was trying to figure out what wood I wanted to use.  I'm planning on using the forward bulkhead as my footrest, as well - for simplicity's sake.
